The hotel's location was great, with nearby attractions like the Flossenburg concentration camp memorial, which is a must-visit. The room was okay, nothing to write home about, but the bathroom was clean and had all the necessities. The breakfast was tasty, but the limited spread left much to be desired. The staff was polite, but not enthusiastic- nothing special to mention here.
Sadly, the hotel's service was subpar; the internet was slow, and the staff did not seem interested in fixing it.

Clean room, comfortable bed, and great shower. We enjoyed a superb breakfast buffet with lots of variety. The friendly staff was always helpful and greeted us warmly. This hotel's location is perfect for exploring the nearby concentration camp memorial.

The breakfast was good and had plenty of options. , the location was great, right in the center of town and close to a cute bakery. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing directions when asked.
The internet was practically non-existent and didn't work properly during our entire stay. the church bells next door were very loud and went off every morning, which was very disruptive to our sleep.

Despite the crowds, found nice and clean rooms to stay over Easter weekend. The location was superbly positioned within the town, great for wandering around the local area. The hotel amenities were satisfactory, offering free parking and a super breakfast.
The service left something to be desired. The staff were not very friendly or accommodating and failed to promptly assist in resolving issues or queries.
